Vejer de Fontana, a town with windmills

Vejer de Fontana, a town with windmills, that were used to grind wheat into flour. There were sails to make them turn.
The whole top assembly turned depending on wind direction or if there was no wind they would use donkeys. Quite ingenious, amazing inside.
